Elena helped changed how my 2 year old sleeps as we had gotten to the point where he would only sleep in my bed in my arms with multiple wake ups and not going to bed until 10.
However now he goes to bed around 8 in his own bed and stays there all night with only occasionally 1 wake up in a night.
She made a plan suited to us and adapted along the way including factoring nursery and how they work with our schedule. She helped with navigating cutting out his nap to help him sleep more at night and listened to my thoughts and opinions on his routine.
