This package helps you teach your baby to sleep independently, establish a consistent routine, and navigate common sleep challenges with confidence. It’s designed to give you personalised, hands‑on support so your baby can develop healthy sleep habits that last.

You’ll begin by completing a detailed intake form so I can fully understand your baby’s sleep patterns, challenges, temperament, and your family’s goals. This allows me to create a plan that is truly personalised.


Personalised Sleep Plan

Based on your responses, I’ll create a customised sleep plan tailored to your baby’s age, developmental stage, and unique needs. The plan includes routines, settling strategies, nap structure, and step‑by‑step guidance.


1 hour Consultation Call

During our consultation, we’ll walk through the sleep plan together, covering every step in detail. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, and feel fully prepared before implementing the plan.


Daily Support

For the full duration of our work together, I’ll check in with you each day to review how the night went, guide the plan for the day ahead, and make adjustments as needed. You’ll never have to navigate sleep changes alone.


Additional Support

You’ll receive two 30‑minute follow‑up calls — one at the end of each week — to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure you feel supported and confident throughout the process.

With strategies tailored to this more independent and emotionally expressive stage, you’ll be equipped to manage bedtime resistance, night wakings, nap transitions, and routine disruptions with confidence.

•  Email summary of our conversation, including key insights, recommendations, and next steps


What We Can Cover

If you have targeted questions or need clarity around topics such as:

  • Sleep schedule adjustments
  • Transitioning from crib to toddler bed
  • Transitioning out of co‑sleeping
  • Moving from 3 to 2 to 1 nap
  • Letting go of the pacifier
  • Managing a temporary sleep disruption

This service may not be the best fit if:
You’re dealing with a more complex mix of sleep struggles — such as frequent night wakings, short naps, early morning wake‑ups, or inconsistent routines. In those cases, a structured sleep package will be more effective.

SLEEP BOOST - 150€

Extra week of support. 

This service is perfect for clients who have already completed one of my sleep packages and feel they would benefit from an additional week of guidance and accountability.


What’s Included:


  • One 30‑minute follow‑up consultation call
  • Seven days of daily support, including check‑ins, adjustments, and personalised guidance

This add‑on ensures you stay supported as your child continues to adapt to their new sleep routine.
