All consultations are done online, allowing me to support parents across the globe with the same level of care, guidance, and personal connection.
I support families with newborns, babies, toddlers, and children up to 5 years old who are struggling with sleep.
I also guide pregnant women to understand what to expect and how to build healthy sleep foundations from the very beginning.
My work helps families stay connected, mums feel more like themselves again, and partners be more present — because everyone is finally sleeping.

Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed sleep assessment form where you share everything I need to understand your child’s sleep situation.
Once I review it, we continue with the support you receive:

A step‑by‑step plan tailored to your child’s sleep needs, routines, and developmental stage — from newborn to preschool.
Your personalised plan will include two sleep training methods, and you’ll choose the one that feels right for you.

We discuss your child’s sleep challenges in detail and choose the most suitable gentle method for your family.

You’ll receive daily support for two weeks through messages, so you never feel alone or unsure during the sleep training process.

At the end of each week, we’ll have a follow‑up call to review your child’s progress, answer your questions, and fine‑tune the plan to keep everything moving smoothly toward long‑term success.

At the end of our collaboration, you’ll receive guidance on how to handle future sleep challenges, transitions, and developmental changes, so you feel confident supporting your child’s sleep long after our work together is complete.
